Welcome to Group Design Studio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Group Design Studio, including design, branding, marketing, and other creative solutions. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Group Design Studio provides (but is not limited to):

Graphic Design
Logo and Brand Identity Design
Packaging Design
Billboard and Print Media Design
Social Media Design

3. Payments

Payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, etc.).
Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month.
No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed work.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate, clear, and timely feedback.
Supply all necessary content (text, images, brand assets) unless otherwise agreed.
Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

Delays in communication may result in project delays.

2. Project Process

A written proposal or agreement will be shared and approved before starting any project.
A 50% advance payment is required to begin work, unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions are included as per the service package; extra revisions may incur additional charges.
Final deliverables are provided after full payment is received.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Group Design Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality creative services and build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. This policy outlines our rules regarding cancellation of services and refund eligibility.

1. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel a project at any stage by providing written notice (email or formal message). Depending on the stage of the project, the following terms will apply:

a. Before Project Begins

If the cancellation is made before any work has started, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued, minus any administrative or transaction fees (if applicable).

b. After Project Has Started

If the project is in progress, the advance payment is non-refundable.
The client will be billed for any additional work done beyond the advance, if applicable.
All rights to work completed up to the point of cancellation will remain with Group Design Studio unless the client pays in full.

c. After Project Completion

No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables have been shared and approved by the client.

2. Cancellation by Group Design Studio

We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following conditions:

Failure by the client to provide required content or feedback for more than 10 business days.
Violation of the terms and conditions or abusive behavior.
In case of force majeure (unforeseen events beyond our control).

If Group Design Studio cancels the project without fault of the client:

A partial refund may be offered based on the work completed and time invested.

6. Delivery Policy

At Group Design Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative work in a timely and efficient manner. This Delivery Policy outlines how we manage timelines, formats, and file transfers for all design and branding services.

1. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on project scope and will be clearly communicated in the proposal or contract.
Typical design projects (e.g., logos, social media posts) are delivered within 3–10 business days from the start date.
Larger projects (e.g., websites, packaging, branding kits) may take 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity.
Urgent or rush delivery options are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Delivery Format

Final deliverables will be provided in appropriate file formats, including:

Graphic Design: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, EPS (as required)
Logo Design: High-resolution files in multiple formats, including vector (AI, EPS, SVG).

All files are sent digitally via:

Email
Google Drive / Dropbox
WeTransfer or similar platforms
Direct upload to client's system (if agreed)
